Johnny's Italian Steakhouse

I’m astonished at how poor the service was for a restaurant that charges $40 for a steak. My wife’s oysters came in 20 minutes and then after an hour of still not receiving my food, I had to tell them not to bother with my chicken Parmesan. We order a glass of wine and a jack and coke which took 35 minutes to receive. Wife ordered a second glass of wine which we had to re-ask for 3 times and never received. The hostess walked by and we asked her if she could get someone so my wife could get her wine, to which she justified the poor service with “we are busy.” Which is an excuse I could understand if not for the fact that the table next to us received 4 drink orders in the time we were sittin...

Went on a Monday night with reservations, wasn't too busy. Loved this location compared to the other Johnny's around the city. Always love looking at the pictures and art they have on the walls to fit the theme. Atmosphere was good for a date night with slightly dark lighting. Food was also very good. Our waitress did an amazing job handling us that evening.We started off with The Little Italy Combination, recommended the half serving for only two people. It was delicious and good choice if you want a variety appetizer.For our main meals we had the Char-broiled Ribeye with Lobster Mac and Cheese, which I thought tasted flavorful, cooked to my liking. The food at this restaurant was amazing, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We were there for a total of 2 1/2 hours, from 7:30 to 10 pm, which was much longer than it should have been. Our waitress seemed to be focused on other tables, neglecting us and forgetting simple things. It took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive and an hour for our food. Our glasses remained empty and we had to ask the bartender for new drinks because our waitress was nowhere to be found. We did not receive an apology until the check was brought. Overall, the service was terrible and we will not be returning to this location.

This was the worst meal and experience I have had in a very long time. They tried 2 times to get my steak cooked right and they could not do it. Then my wife's prime rib was cold. We waited 10 15 minutes to pay the bill because the waiter was showing pictures to his friends in the next booth. I do not mind paying for good food but I paid 60 and did not get to eat. This is the second time that I have had a bad experience. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! Réservez une table maintenant

very nice casual and comfortable atmosphere, but with a raised and varied menu that will please everyone. my wife had the steak with stuffed garnel while I had the filet with crabcake upstairs. the meat yarn of my wife was a bit hard, but my steak was perfectly cooked and the risotto was excellent. the drinks were great and not too expensive and our waiter was very helpful. we'll be back soon!

The restaurant is stunning, with lighting and decor that always create a great ambiance. The drinks were excellent. The food is typically outstanding, but our steaks were overcooked and a bit disappointing during our visit. The wait staff appeared overwhelmed with the limited number of patrons at the bar. Despite this, I would still give it four stars!

my fiancée and I had a great experience. we have our eating fast and our waiter was wonderful! he was fast, attentive and funny. that was delicious. my fiancée had a burger and it was boiled right. I had pasta and a side salad. both were delicious. the only complain we have is how cold the restaurant was. overall it is a fabulous day at night place.

Patricia was an outstanding waitress, she is so professional and kind. Her attention to detail and great personality contributed to a great dinner experience. The filet mignon was amazing, very tender and flavorful. Their bread and salad were also delicious. Réservez une table maintenant

with another couple.. this place is intimate, I love it. our appetizers were amazing! we have the sampler plate. then each of our meal was before place, delicious! steaks all cooked for perfection. will return definitiw. service was super!
