I called to try to place an order, I was on the phone for atleast 30 minutes, still on the phone while I was driving there. Even when I got there, I was still on hold so when I got to the counter, I asked the lady who claimed to be the manager, are they not accepting orders over the phone… she told me yes but since she had 2 call outs, she haven’t been able to answer.. no problem, I ordered my food which was 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni and 15 piece buffalo wings at 8:28p, since it was cold outside, I decided to sit in the dining area to wait for my food.. She told me that it’ll be 15-20 minutes.. Also, nobody was there except her grand children… They got their food and left, atleast 5-6 people...
Order through Door Dash at 12:00pm and had 2 Dashers leave after arriving at the store, saw that a third Dasher was still waiting so I called the store AT 1:30 and they said that the person was waiting and that the others ones left. I asked why wouldthey just leave? My order should be ready by now it's been over an hour!?!? She said it still wasn't ready. IT IS A MONDAYAFTERNOON. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I placed an order at 4:15 for pickup at 4:35. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the staff informed me that my order was not ready. At 5:00, I spoke with the night manager who had just arrived, and she said it would be just a minute. I understood and waited, watching other customers come in, place their orders, and receive their pizzas. By 6:05, I asked the manager for an estimated time of arrival for my order. She then told me that there was no order under my name. I politely requested a refund, but she refused.
I'm not sure who's making the pizzas back there—maybe the Ninja Turtles themselves! I'm talking about the best pizza I've ever had *chef's kiss*. Each time I visit this location, the pizza is consistently outstanding! I ordered again yesterday, and it was just as delicious as ever. It feels like there’s an Italian grandmother back there perfectly seasoning the crust. Great job, Marcos in Hapeville!

So, this is my 2nd visit to this location. I was picking up an order of pizzas for work. I ordered the dat before to pick up the next day. I received a call thaty order was pushed back about 25mins. I arrived later than 25 mins past my pickup time and the pizza still isn't ready. Ever though the tracking says the order is ready for pickup. I'm now sitting here on my work time.
This is the worst Marco’s in Atlanta. Food is never ready on time. Supervisor sat outside while 3 customers waited at counter.Music is so loud in lobby you can’t even hear what they say. Ordered 1 pizza online an hour before pick up. They didn’t even start pizza until I walked in. If they didn’t already have my money, I would have left.Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
Delivery person arrived at Marcos at 12:05 to find them closed. Terrible location. Don't allow the order through if you can't see it through.
