I ate in this beautiful restaurant twice last week eating at both places was fantastic. at the first opportunity we found the restaurant during the walk around the opposite close to our hotel and had luck getting a table without a booking in. the bar area at this opportunity of service matched the amazing eating. Nous sommes venus dans le cadre de notre forfait Get Me To The Alps et nous sommes venus toute la semaine et il est clair qu'ils ont été sérieusement sous-effectif toute la semaine, mais le personnel de salle a été génial et ce n'a pas été un problème majeur. Ce soir, l'opération a cédé... la cuisine n'arrivait tout simplement pas à sortir la nourriture assez rapidement, après une heure et demie nous n'avions pas eu nos plats principaux, le steak saignant que j'avais commandé était à point/bien cuit, c'était la même chose pour 2 autres dans le groupe et une autre personne qui a simplement mangé ce qu'il avait. Les serveuses étaient incroyables et avaient vécu une expérience horrible.
Nous étions 8 à avoir réservé un séjour en demi-pension à la dernière minute avec Sunweb et étions logés dans un hôtel à proximité. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner et le dîner pendant 6 jours et c'était un plaisir à anticiper, tant au début qu'à la fin de la journée. Le personnel était agréable et sympathique, l'atmosphère était détendue mais chaleureuse lors du dîner et les repas en 3 services étaient incroyables. Nous avions opté pour une formule minceur, donc nous ne savions pas à quoi nous attendre et nous avons été ravis de notre choix. Je recommande vivement.
The best food I had in Val Thorens by far. The seared cod filet with mashed potatoes (I had the bacon replaced by semidried tomatoes) was so delicious I savoured every mouthful. So was the filet of beef which came with an amazing parsnip...purée. The apple crumble was also very tasty. We had some great nights in this cosy candlelit restaurant. Same price level as other restaurants we went to in Val Thorens but the quality here was so much better.

Du vin aux moules, en passant par le jarret d’agneau et le steak, tout le monde a adoré ce repas et l’a classé parmi les meilleurs qu’ils aient jamais mangés ! C'est une visite incontournable à Val Thorens.
It is a nice restaurant. But some details can be improved. Menus fall apart. Wine menu has no dates and is not super well balanced. But overall staff is fun and nice and I enjoyed the dishes very much.
Great food in a cosy atmosphere, and very friendly staff. We ate the filet of beef which was really delicious. Price quality top joint, unlike many other places in french skiing areas.
