Service charming but very, very very slow. Totally unorganised and overwhelmed. I did not want to have to write this review, as I feel so sorry for restaurants and bars after what has been a very difficult year , without the last few weeks weather to add to their problems. Fully understand the situation with the rain and COVID, but there needs to be enough servers and cooks for the number of places, especially on a Friday, Saturday with good weather.... I gave them the chance to reply to me via email, and with the aim of being constructive and maybe even hearing an apology/explanation, but they really messed that up, so here we go. Il n'y a qu'à voir le monde ce week-end sur la terrasse et les pelouses du Joker pour comprendre que ce restaurant bénéficie du cadre le plus exceptionnel au bord du lac de la Riviera!Un plaisir de voir Anthony diriger cette année encore ce restaurant et son équipe dans la sérénité.L'équipe est largement renouvellée, donc les commentaires de 2020 devraient être de l'histoire ancienne!Alors prenez vos quartiers d'été et profitez dès à présent de cette adresse avant que les places soient prises!. Comme toujours, vous serez d'autant mieux servi si vous réservez et évitez l'heure de pointe!Nous nous réjouissons de venir profiter en 2021 de la cuisine, du service et du cadre magnifique du Joker.
This enchanting restaurant is by the water with amazing views to the lake, and great food, With fresh produce and great taste this little restaurant Won’t disappoint. We have been there twice. The chicken dish and the goat cheese salad were great as was the soup. Their ice tea was delicious too. We will certainly be back when we are in town.
