The line was long, but the staff managed to take orders fairly quickly. There’s plenty of parking since it’s situated in a strip mall. As for the food quality, it’s what you would expect from a franchise: consistent and decent. This means they’ve reached a certain standard that they need to maintain, or else the quality could decline.
Overall, I found their quality to be reliably good. I usually order the 6-piece meal with mashed potatoes and fries, and I always have to get the spaghetti and mango pie. I never turn down Jollibee—it's definitely one of my favorites!
The fried chicken is decent for a fast food place. However, the corn is seriously lacking in seasoning. The halo halo was underwhelming; as others have mentioned, it has large, hard ice chunks that can give you a brain freeze and make your teeth uncomfortable. The ice cream they use is pretty low quality, resulting in an unpleasant taste. On the other hand, I believe the mango peach pie is a much better value at $1.99 compared to the halo halo, which costs $4.99.
This is the best chicken I've tasted in a long time! It brings back memories of the Pioneer Chicken I enjoyed as a child. It's always crispy and fresh, never soggy like at some other places. The chain started in the Philippines and has gradually expanded to locations here. While some menu items are more Filipino, it's always exciting to explore different cultural cuisines. I highly recommend trying it!
I really like their Palabok and Crispy Chicken. Their Chicken strips is also good. My favorite is their Peach Mango Pie and Pineapple drink. If you don't feel like Chicken, you'll like the Aloha Burger wguch is pretty big. Service was fast and they have plenty of seats and the place is clean. This is the Daly City, Mission Street location.

Had the worst experience at a jollibee store after purchasing online thinking it will help with time management, I had to wait nearly an hour for my order and was late for my other errands

Very fast service. And one of the best fried chicken sellers out there. Crunchy and juicy
