I had to sit down and attempt to place the order through the app, but I received error messages four times in a row. So, I took my phone and asked to speak with the manager to help me enter my order. She was confused, called for backup, but they still couldn’t process the order. I asked her to honor my request, but she said no and insisted that I had to use the app.
Despite their inability to handle the mobile order, they refused to allow me to get the two free drinks. On top of that, they were out of spicy options. I had nothing but a positive, albeit simple, experience with Jollibee. With so many nearby choices, my mom opted for some chicken strips from Jollibee and it was a first time for both of us. We waited in a longish line, but it went quickly enough. Friendly service at the counter, beeper given, and maybe a 5 minute wait for food.As stated, she ordered the chicken strips and upon suggestion got the creamy siracha dip to go with. YUM! I was surprised at how tasty it was! Crispy outside, tender inside. Good quick option. Wish I lived closer so I could try other options at Jollibee.
Today I bought $20 meal deal and i told them the spicy and original mix please. I was a jollibee customer since serramonte opened. But this was not acceptable. The sizes are very small and the taste is bad . No wonder why people chose the different place of Jollibee. I will never try this place in the future. For a chain, Jollibee is not bad at all! I really wanted to try the spaghetti but I don't think it's worth the price. I recommend getting a lot more chicken instead of the spaghetti. I expected a lot from the pie because everyone said it was really good. It exceeded my expectations! I don't know if I would come here often but I will definitely have days when I crave Jollibee.
I didn’t receive my extra side of spaghetti today, and I was really frustrated. I live in San Francisco and didn’t check my order before leaving because I usually trust that they check everything before handing it over to customers. I’m so disappointed, especially since I paid extra for the spaghetti and didn’t get it.
Almost always busy since it's located inside the serramonte mall food court. This is my top fast food chicken choice in this area. Best known for their filipino style cuisine, the affordable prices and always crispy, flavorful chicken with gravy have always been a winning choice when I'm hungry.
