We usually order from Jones Beach Deli out of convenience, and DoorDash makes it easy to order from the deli, grab the order, and go. We have used DoorDash with the deli several times successfully. Today, I ordered two sandwiches for pick-up through DoorDash. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready, and I waited 30 minutes before I finally said something. The person I talked who worked there rudely blamed me for using DoorDash because it's more expensive. I explained that I used it to save time, but clearly that wasn't happening this time around. I don't understand why I was blamed for using a platform that the deli clearly elected to use, and has successfully used in the past. Our sandwiches...
To my surprise, I was charged $11 for a roll, even though I only ordered a turkey cold cut. He mentioned it was a "build your own" option, but didn’t clarify that I would be charged for every topping I selected. Paying $8 for just a few slices of turkey, plus an additional 50-75 cents for toppings, seemed outrageous.
Additionally, I ordered macaroni and cheese, and it arrived cold, so I had to take it home and heat it up myself. I'm not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but after spending $60 on my meal and encountering such poor service, I felt compelled to share my experience.
We used Jones Beach deli this weekend for their traditional BBQ package for my daughters first birthday! This was the best decision I made they came prepared with everything you could possibly need from grills, racks, utensils and tons of food to bbq. The set up, clean up and food was top notch! Everyone was raving about how great it was and I even was able to enjoy the party without having to worry about anything. Thanks again to Justin and his amazing staff I already want to plan another party so I could use them again!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic—it's filled with smiles and laughter. I was assisted by a young man named Aidan, who was quick and attentive. He made me one of the most delicious iced coffees I've ever had, far surpassing the likes of Dunkin' and Starbucks. I highly recommend this place! The owner is also an absolute delight. Don't miss the chance to try the mac and cheese—it’s a must!

The food is fantastic! It's perfect for treating yourself on a Sunday or any day of the week! They'll definitely have my business on the weekends! The breakfasts are amazing—always a hit! The eggs are cooked perfectly, and the mozzarella sticks are delicious! I highly recommend trying the hangover special with turkey, bacon, and an extra egg. It's a must-try!
The omelet I ordered was fantastic—fresh, hot, and hands down the best breakfast I've ever had delivered through DoorDash!
Asked for coffee very light with French vanilla creamer I got black coffee. Sandwich was fine.
