For some reason I felt the need to purchase the most expensive burger on the menu. I've never paid almost $30 for a burger in my life, but it's a hotel bar and prices are deliberately inflated to exploit international tourists in order for our country to maintain a sustainable prosperous economy - so it was time to make my contribution and support the service industry that carries all of us! The MOOD & INTERIOR of the place is quite futuristic with European influences - it is Swiss after all, even my burger had Swiss cheese! Mon mari et moi étions à Swissotel pour notre anniversaire et, bien sûr, nous avons dû essayer le café au rez-de-chaussée. Grand service client et servir rapidement. Le café avait l'intérieur moderne. Nos amis et moi avons également apprécié un buffet de thé élevé et nous avons seulement aimé la nourriture et les boissons sans restriction. Sur le particulièrement, j'ai aimé tous les desserts au chocolat que vous avez servi. Je reviendrai certainement à cet endroit.
Je crois que ce menu à thé élevé n'était que pour le temps de Noël de Noël. Mais ça vaut le coup quand c'est plus loin !! Je ne peux pas imaginer quelque chose de mal ou de négatif de mon expérience. Le service était attentif et poli, et la nourriture était excellente avec des possibilités dans un buffet comme du gâteau à la viande, Pavlowas et un vaste assortiment de thé T2 T2 T2. Si ce n'était pas si cher, je reviendrais souvent!
My husband and I stayed at Swissotel for our anniversary and naturally we had to try the cafe downstairs. Great customer service and were quick to serve. The cafe had modern interiors. Our friends and I also enjoyed a high tea buffet and we just loved the food and unlimited drinks. I most especially loved all the chocolate desserts they served. I will definitely come back to this place.

I believe this high tea menu was only for the holiday xmas season. But it's worth going if it's on!! I can't think of anything wrong or negative from my experience .. service was attentive and polite, and the food was great with options in a buffet such as meat pies, pavlovas, and an extensive range of made-to-order T2 tea. If it weren't so expensive I'd go back frequently!
Been here for high tea twice and both times they had run out of scones! Who has a high tea without scones? Not a huge variety on offer here. There are better options in the city for a similar price point.
The ambience is nice though.
