If you enjoy paying a premium for mediocre food, this is the place for you. On July 26th, four of us visited for lunch. My friend and I both ordered the beer-battered cod sandwich, which came with two disappointingly small pieces of fish. His sandwich was served with a spring mix salad that had no toppings—no tomatoes, no onions, nothing. I opted for the Mediterranean orzo, which was served in a half-full 2-ounce paper cup. Where do I even start?!? Oh my gosh... I absolutely LOVE this little gem! Unfortunately, I only just discovered JT's, but I’ve already been there three times in the past two weeks. I went today, Sunday, September 4th, and I'm meeting up with friends on Labor Day for a final get-together before they close for the season tomorrow. The staff is amazing, the food and drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is delightful. I’m really going to miss this place when we move to Georgia. However, I’m excited to introduce JT's to my friends today, and while a couple of them won’t be able to make it tomorrow, many will fill their spots. Thank you for all the wonderful memories, everyone!
The outdoor ambiance is truly wonderful, especially on a pleasant summer evening. The food was outstanding—definitely the best baked clams I've ever had, and the sea scallops were amazing, particularly with the cauliflower purée and the small salad that accompanied them. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wished the portions were a bit larger; I only received 5 scallops and was still quite hungry afterwards. I also tried a bit of the Mahi Mahi that my mom ordered, and it was excellent as well. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!
This is my favorite restaurant. I dine at many places, but I keep coming back here. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the food is bursting with flavor. I always seize the chance to enjoy a nice dinner here. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

It's actually JT's on the Bay, which is linked to JT's Cafe in Nesconset, NY. The outdoor seating area is fantastic, and the staff are very courteous. They also have a lovely menu.
