I recently visited the new Juice It Up! location, and I was really impressed by the friendly service! It's situated in a brand-new shopping center that is still being developed with more stores. I typically go for a strawberry-banana blend, depending on my mood. The best part is that I now have a Juice It Up! much closer to home, so I don’t have to drive all the way to Chino or Rancho anymore. I come here very often, and the girl that was there today was rude and had a bad attitude. She gave us our drinks and we realized one was supposed to be a large,had the ticket on the outside of the cup and I waited in line while she helped another customer once she was done I just said that the drink was supposed to be a large, she starts typing on the system and I tell her it has it on the paper on the cup I go to the other side to hand her the drink and she tosses the cup in the trash really ugly where her co worker even gave her a look. I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, and I was impressed by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the young lady who took our order. My parents had ordered a large smoothie and requested an extra cup, which some other Juice It Ups offer for an additional charge—something we’re fine with. Initially, they told us no, but we paid, waited for our order, and went outside to sit down. To our surprise, the cashier came outside with an extra cup and apologized for the inconvenience. It really takes courage to apologize to customers, and I truly appreciated her gesture. That’s why I’m giving this location a 5-star rating. Thank you, Vidal Cuevas.
All I can say is WOW! This is the worst Juice It Up! I have ever visited. I really wish I had caught the name of the employee, but she forgot to add granola to my açaí bowl. When I pointed it out, she simply dumped it on top of all the fruit. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. It was just awful—definitely below expectations. I’m really disappointed that I spent $10 on this.

This place is definitely the best for kicking off a hangover recovery! The friendly staff provides quick service, so I’m always in and out in no time. It’s never crowded when I visit, making it my go-to spot!
Staff is friendly , store is clean, and if they ever make a mistake they are more then willing to fix it, RIGHT THEN!!!! Also they serve the same DOLE PINEAPPLE WHIP FROM DISNEY LAND
Come sometimes on my lunch breaks staff is fairly young but place is clean, friendly and has great customer service.
Excellent experience. Professional employees, very friendly very delicious drinks. Coming back and bringing friends.
