This place used to be great. Something has changed. I ordered a single cheeseburger combo, no onion, no tomato, with cheddar cheese. What I received was a super dry hockey puck hamburger with a tomato and no cheese at all. They also used to have reallygood fries (I may be mistaken, but I believe they cut the potatoes in house) and the fires I received were generic crinkle cutfries. They were ok. Better than the burger at least. I stood at the counter awkwardly for 5 minutes hoping to ask them torectify my burger situation and at least give me a slice of cheese. Dont get me wrong the burger and fries are bomb, but I ordered from doordash and I also got a shake and soft drink, paid for both but I did not receive my soft drink, how am I supposed to enjoy the burger with no drink, a dude is thirsty, I also tried calling this place to let them know but after a few calls it sounded like they disconnected their phone to not receive calls, this is unfortunate and bad employees. I WANT MY DRINK
The gourmet burger at this restaurant is delicious! It is my favorite California burrito in Bakersfield so far. The portions are huge and can easily feed two adults. I also recommend trying the buffalo chicken fries, as the buffalo sauce is just the right amount and not overpowering, especially with the added ranch dressing. Overall, I highly recommend this juicy burger!
Delicious gourmet burgers! So far, this is my favorite California Burrito in Bakersfield. These are huge and can easily feed two adults. The Buffalo chicken fries are also an excellent option; the flavor of the Buffalo sauce is perfectly balanced and complemented by just the right amount of ranch dressing. I highly recommend Juicy Burger!

This place is a hidden gem. Burgers are some of the best in town. I wish they would keep it a little cooler in the restaurant. Well, Looks as if the changed ownership, for the worse. The food has a completely different taste. Just visitedtoday and sadly it will be may last time.
I think the cook needs some anger management. I've never ordered food, not gotten it. Then had the cooks mad at me for asking for it. But thanks for tossing it on the counter in front of me then walking away. You're a winner.
Used to be a great place but when I was there recently none of the soda fountains worked. It was dark and dirty inside. It?s a shame. Hope it comes back.
This place was awesome! Love the decorations, the food was fantastic. The price is very reasonable, trust me I have a family of 6.

The owner is fantastic, the burgers are deliciously juicy, and the sweet potato fries are among the best I’ve ever tasted!
Five stars for the burgers but the customer service has been less than great my last couple of visits.
