My overall experience at this restaurant has been positive. I prefer this location over the one in Fair Lawn, as the portion sizes here are much more reasonable for the price. The only downside I've encountered is that recent mobile orders have been inconsistent. There have been instances where I place an order with an estimated pickup time of about 10 to 15 minutes, but on a few occasions, it has taken longer, which can be inconvenient when ordering through the app.
The chicken wrap I ordered had very little chicken and was loosely wrapped in a square shape. It was lacking in salad and had too much white sauce. I usually love the juicy platter, which I always get when dining in person, and it has always been amazing. However, this was my first time using DoorDash, and I was very disappointed with the quality and preparation. Everything was subpar, and it seemed like the employee who made it didn’t do a good job.
One time, I ordered a medium bottle of their special hot sauce but received white sauce instead. When I called to let them know, the store manager quickly took charge of the situation and resolved the issue. They sent me enough hot sauce to last through my future orders. I am a very happy and satisfied customer, and I will continue to support this restaurant. You can't go wrong by choosing to order from here!
Last week I came there and Your employee Tee was very helpful . It was my first time back in years and I never got treated with this much costumer service . She helped me decide the best toppings to put on my platter and she was very welcoming I think she deserve a raise it’s hard to find good costumer service in New Jersey . Let’s keep Tee Employed . The platters were delicious and reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised by how generous they were with the sauces, unlike many other places that tend to be stingy. I received plenty of sauce to enhance my meal, and there was no extra charge for it. I really appreciated that!
The food is truly delicious and full of flavor. The portion sizes are generous, and the staff is friendly. I appreciate the spacious and clean environment as well. I will definitely be coming back, as this has become my favorite Halal restaurant.
I had a Mixed Salad Bowl with Spiced Chickpeas, tomatoes, and Cabbage Carrot Slaw, it was very good. The portion is ok, I wish it came with more protein. Everything tasted fresh
The Falafel Bites were delicious, but I only wish there had been more of them. The fries were excellent and served warm when they arrived. Réservez une table maintenant
As a vegan this is a go-to spot and getting the Falafel Pita and removing any dairy is super easy. I always add the plantains.
