I couldn't wait to come back here after my first visit a few years ago. I remember it being amazing. Finally the opportunity arose to come back. I was so disappointed by the food, I won't be coming back. The burger patty was so dry, bland and tasteless, I was putting salt and my spicy mayo to try and add some flavor. My pretzel bun was stale. I seriously make better burgers at home with pretzel buns from the grocery store for a fraction of the cost. My sweet potato fries weren't great either, again I was adding salt. My 2 friends felt the same regarding their meat and buns. None of us will return. 100000% go to 5 guys a few steps away. FAR superior!!! Service was great though, our waiter was...
This place is going downhill. Came in for lunch with my husband and my son. To start off, the place wasn't very clean. There were chunks of food stuck between the cushions of the booth we were sitting in. We each ordered a hamburger. The meat was dry, the bun was slightly stale and my husband's sweet potato fries were cold. It's a shame because this was one of the better restaurants in the West Island; a real "go to" place for families. It seems like they've lowered their standards quite a bit. Unfortunately we will not be returning any time soon.
Found ourselves late for dinner and nothing planned. Decided to hit Jukebox Burger for dinner. Have been here in the past and while we found it expensive, we did enjoy it. Can't say the same for this visit. All three of us found that the hamburger patties had the texture and taste of sawdust! That was for both the 1/4 and 1/2 lb burgers. Very disappointed! When you start to think about it:3 burgers, fries and milkshakes to cost +$75, you'd think they would use fresh beef. Will try 5 Guys next time, less ambiance but better taste.
This place is great for families and kids. The burgers are excellent and they have a large variety to choose from. Even their wraps and salads are great! Their desserts are decadent to say the least. Kids love this place for it's fun, retro atmosphere. It has very friendly wait staff and they are great at accommodating special requests to the menu. The only issue here is that the noise level is very loud in the restaurant if you're sensitive to lots of noise or want to bring older people with you, just be aware.

This is an awesome resto to eat at if your child has a Peanut allergy!!! our daughter can finally have dessert and enjoy a great meal! Come with an appetite as food is delicious and generous sized portions. We have returned many times and will do so in the future. Burgers are great, great selection of kids meals and free refills can not be beat!!!
Have been to JBB several times, keep trying different items and have not been disappointed yet. Burgers are great, fries are great, mac and cheese is great, plus there's shakes! Good service, there's a jukebox if you want to pick some songs. Can wait a bit to get a seat depending on what time you show up, bit worth the wait.
We go often. Their hamburgers are very good. Mac and cheese are a delight for not only the kids. Variety of accompaniments with your hamburger. Service is quite fast and waiters amicable. Lots of parking spaces.
It was a nice comfortable bar and the atmosphere was very nice. Lots of good drink choices and there was both inside and outside seating. In a shopping center so the parking was easy. Prices were decent.

Not too busy when we went, food was delicious, had a wrap and poutine, shared with a friend and it was just the right amount. It tasted great! The waitress was really friendly.
