Its hit or miss... and i really like when its hit.. because this place was so good. chicken now comes crunchy, burnt, soggy, and today i found a bone in the first piece i bit into. Last week i ordered small ribs on bone. i got 5 small pieces of a rib. its like they cut 2 ribs in half because a small usually contains 5 nice pieces. This restaurant is a great example of a typical Chinese eatery. There's nothing extravagant or overpriced here, but the flavor and quality of the food far surpasses that of other similar spots. I visited for the first time last week and enjoyed it so much that I returned just two days later. I tried the boneless spare ribs, which are my favorite at places like this, and the chicken in garlic sauce, my preferred sauce. I would definitely order both again. If I had to provide a critique, it would be about the egg rolls. The first time they were packed with filling, but on my second visit, they had more wrapper than filling.
I haven't been satisfied with their service for a while, and tonight was the final straw. I placed an order and had the staff member repeat it back to me to ensure it was correct, yet I ended up waiting over an hour only to receive the wrong order. They've lost a loyal customer.
Placed the order for delivery on Monday and order was delivered.Called back on Thursday to order one more time and was told they don't deliver that far.... Placed the order online and order was delivered. Whoever is taking orders over the phone is clueless and needs guidance.

I ordered an egg foo young. It was the worst egg foo young I ever taste. The gravy is diluted soy sauce. I am so disappointed and disgusted. I threw it up.? I would not even get this to my dog
I'm a regular at 12 Koenig, and I can confidently say that it's the best Chinese food in all of Freehold Township and Freehold Borough! It's a must-try!!!
I've been repping this place on world of Warcraft since 2011. Best Chinese around town, jumbo kitchen, jumbo battle.
Do not buy food from there they are rude unprofessional go to golden star it’s better food and better price
