Called the Panama store at 1:30pm on a Friday. Young lady answers and I ask her about a promotion they have on Facebook. By 1 get 1 Free. Sandwiches, wings, a free app are your choices. She doesn 't know and asks to put me on Hold for a minute to ask another employee. At the 15 minute mark of my phone call, they hang up. I call back 2 minutes later. Same one answers? Idk. I ask about the promotion. Same answer. Hold while I ask. Comes back saying the promotion is premature and not ready, but they 'll validate it. Good. I want 20 wings and 20 free, as the promo states. Nope. Only 10+10. Well I need 40. Yeah the manager says it 's just 20 wings total I respond with..This has been a 25 minute c...
Server was rude and the service from the server was horrible, it was my birthday and she didn't let me put an order in for the birthday shots after literally 1 minute she announced last call. Bartender is the one literally holding the place down as usual. Great bartender not so good servers ? I would recommend to just sit at the bar. Now the marketplace just wing it is whole different vibe I recommend that place.
The waitress at Just Wing It was extremely rude, shouting at us and telling us to move out of her way when we were simply trying to find a seat. She's the shortest server there, so you can't miss her. I’m shocked that Just Wing It would hire someone like that to represent their business. Thankfully, the menu itself had some good options to enjoy despite the poor service.
Possibly one of the worst places I've eaten at in a very long while. The food was bland while the fries were over seasoned however the wings were decent. I was served coke and it had a werid flavour and after taste. The presentation was great however the food didn't live up to my mediocre standards

The customer service at Just Wing It was very disappointing. When we called to place an order at 9 pm on 2/9/2023, the employee handling the phones abruptly hung up on us. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. We expected better, especially when discussing their menu.
Talk about waiting 20 min and not one waitress greeted us or asked us if we wanted drinks or anything! El patron has way better service and great drinks go next door ?
Very disappointing service. I was never informed that the kitchen closed at 11 pm and ended up only being able to have a beer. I won’t be coming back.
Been a good customer for a while but this last time I wanted to place a simple to go order no one turned to look at me or even acknowledged me.
