Kabobshak - Réservation de table

I drove by today and noticed a new sign that reads "Hummus." I assume the restaurant will be reopening under that name. I really hope the food remains the same because it was the only Middle Eastern/Arabic restaurant in the area. The chef and owner, Tariq, was an excellent cook, and his dishes were delicious. While there are four or five Turkish restaurants and three Afghan eateries nearby, not all halal food is created equal. Our community really needs a Middle Eastern restaurant!

I had the falafel plate today, and it was excellent. The sides—hummus and rice—were great too. The owner was very friendly, and I’ll certainly return to explore more items on the menu. The pita bread was also fantastic!

The food is fresh and bursting with authentic flavors. The staff at the counter are incredibly friendly. Prices are reasonable, and don’t forget to grab a homemade dessert to take home for the family!

I hadn't visited this place in a few weeks. I went to meet my wife for lunch today and was disappointed to find that they are now closed. It's truly unfortunate. Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant is clean and serves delicious food. It is a well-crafted Mediterranean dining experience.
