Kabuki Japanese Restaurant

I have gone to 3 different Kabuki locations and this one on Colorado in Pasadena is by far the worse. I was very embarrassed that I was boasting about the food at Kabuki’s because the other locations were great. This one had terrible service. I have gone here about 3X over the past 10 years (mostly convenience) and each time was a bad experience. I will most definitely never come back and o do not recommend it to anyone. I figured over time it will have been better, nope. It was worse.The last experience was negative due to the waitress in a rush to clock out and receive her tip and payment. The food is decent. The staff very kind. The problem is the actual place. It’s very dirty. The whole floor feels sticky and the carpet dirty. The tables are wiped but the seats are old and torn. I guess it depends on where you sit. I’ve been coming here the last 15years. Slowly getting worst. They’ve completely forgotten to clean the restrooms now. The last three times I’ve been here I’ve seen them so dirty I don’t even want to sit my toddler down. Starbucks restrooms are cleaner. They really need to do something about this.

we come here every week and while the price is a little high, its par for the cure for good sushi. we had only a negative experience with the staff there when we had a larger group with us, which was disappointing that it was the first experience that had the group of this restaurant, but this was definately the take-off instead of the rule. the staff is otherwise amazing and friendly and eating is delicious. we will continue to make this a regular place.

kabuki japanese restaurant is one of our favorite places from the happy hour to the regular times. the staff is polite and efficient. eating comes hot, tasty and prsented so beautiful - a visual and tasty leak. the sortiment of Japanese beer and roll show a variety of choices. tempura is perfectly cooked. I recommend this place with lots of parking space.

it seems as though the prices went high, the quality is still average and the proportions only average. plus miso suppe is not free as at Ichima on the same parking space. it is either wrong or salat at kabuki and the server asks suppe ok? instead of mentioning the possibility of salat. the times are hard.

Food what is delightful. Light and cooked to perfection. We had avocado roll, lovely salad and shrimp and veggie tempura. Also enjoyed the ginger and wasabi adding nice flavors to the temper. I would highly recommend. Service was also very good.

I (someone allergic to seafood) finally found a good Japanese place that has options for me near my work. The food was fresh, the soup was hot, and everything tasted great. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I accidentally went into echse that I had starved. the lunch speciality ended, but the happy hour begins, and it is so good, mojitos is $8, and drachenrolle is $8 or $10?
