Me and daughter was just at this restaurant today November 02,2024, we ordered one quarter dinner with 2 sides,all I asked was can you put them in two different trays the gentleman said YES, so he split the chicken, he had 2 pieces in ine container and 1 piece in the other container,so me and my daughter said at the same time you put and extra piece of chicken in the container, he said OH ITs okay, we was like Okay, then we picked our two sides, the order was done, so with the extra container the worker said what's your side,I said we got them,he was like no pick your side, I said okay you sure,I was like well okay ,ill take french fries, we go to pay and I said, I think there is a language...
Food: Ok slightly below local Peruvian staples like Sardis Service: Bad they're really stingy with utensils/plates and sauces. After spending $60 (including a generous tip for TAKEOUT service), I asked for an extra plate since the plate they gave me was leaking. I was told it was $1 extra. After dealing with the frustration of having pay an extra dollar for plates even though I literally spent $60 here for a few meals, I agreed to pay. Since I only had a credit card, they said I'd have to purchase up to $7 (even though I just spend $60). Mind you, I come here twice a month and spend almost $20 on average for myself. They now lose out on recurring revenue over the next few years over a dollar...
Good hot food and service fast! Popped in just before the big snow to load up on hot fresh chicken soup that was so yummy! Then I ordered the famous Peruvian grilled chicken with plantain, green beans, black beans, and yucca as sides. To wash everything down I got a delicious and healthy hibiscus drink. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kachi’s is my new casual dining spot when I need a quick, delicious meal option. Service: Takeaway
The foods good. I been coming here since it oped. They constantly change menu but keep the same items. The price is higher ever time I come. This time I asked for 2 chicken bowls. The charged $11.95 per bowl plus $3.50 for chicken. ??? What dose the bowl consist of? The ultimately charged $32 for 2 chicken bowls. Foods not that good. They definitely not worth the price.
