This was our first stop on our little Niagara weekend, and what a delightful experience! It began with our server, Michelle, who is an absolute gem. She amusingly watered the plants with some extra water from other customers before we entered, and it was clear she genuinely cared about her job. Michelle truly stole the spotlight, but the food was equally amazing. The portions were large and prepared with such love. The food we had was excellent, but the service was just average. The staff were pleasant enough, though a bit slow and not particularly attentive. It was busy when we arrived, and we managed to snag the last available table. As we waited for our food, several nearby guests finished their meals and left, but the empty tables remained cluttered with dirty glasses, cutlery, and napkins throughout our visit. I’m not a fan of being surrounded by other people's leftover dishes while I'm trying to enjoy my own meal. This might have just been an isolated incident, and I’m definitely willing to return for another try because the food was truly outstanding.

I have to say it... this might just be the best burger in Niagara. It really surprises you, especially considering all the "burger joints" promoted in the area, but the best one is tucked away in this gem in Port Dalhousie. THIS IS A MUST-TRY; I encourage you to make your own judgment. I highly recommend the pretzel appetizer, the schnitzel prepared any way you like, and of course, don't miss out on the decor. Plus, it's great for takeout—the delivery quality is just as good as dining in at your own kitchen table. I highly recommend it!!!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner. We kicked things off with a pretzel and potato leek soup, followed by the schnitzel sandwich and Swedish meatballs. For dessert, we indulged in apple strudel. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We will definitely return, and I can only imagine how lovely the port area must be in warmer weather.

Hi I decided to try a new restaurant for a birthday dinner. My wife suggested Kaiser Haus in Port Dalhousie. This place did not disappoint, we had the latkes and salmon and schnitzel platter. Portions were generous. Get the mushroom gravey and apple struedel it's a must!!!!!! Waitress was lovely and very good in making you feel welcome and special. We'll be back for sure

Such a nice place. Great atmosphere, feels cozy and comfortable. Great service and great food. I had the vegetarian sandwich and it was fantastic.They also have a patio facing the marina and blankets for cold days. Love the decor inside.Parking: Close by parking free in the fall and winter, $3 in spring and summer.

My company booked this restaurant for our Christmas party. It is small, but quite lovely, the atmosphere is very inviting, so was the staff. The food they prepared was well planned and delicious. Highly recommend this little gem in the heart of Port Dalhousie.
