I visited an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant located in Markham Place, known for its busy parking lot. I typically choose a restaurant based on food quality and reputation rather than parking availability. Upon arrival, I noticed that the menu only offered the option of selecting dishes from a tablet, with no a la carte menu available. While the selection of sushi and appetizers met my expectations, I found the beef options to be limited. However, this did not impact my overall experience as I was mainly craving sushi. Went here and got lunch, the all-you-can-eat menu. The food was delicious, but I feel like other restaurants I've been to have better rice and meat. Everything came fast but the rice and a bit of sushi. The environment and decor are quite nice. The staff was friendly and quick.Too bad about the rice. It should've come out sooner in the meal because everyone was waiting for the rice to mix with the different meats. But we ended up eating most of the meats before the rice arrived.Aside from that, the food taste and atmosphere make me want to go again. So 4 stars.Parking: Quite crowded. But big lot so you can find spots.

Great spot for AYCE Sushi SashimiI always come here mostly for sashimi. Its raw meat is always fresh and you can definitely taste the sweetness of salmon and butterfish (I love it the most). And a huge plus for desserts: sake tiramisu, earl grey creme brulee and panna cotta are alway my favourite to go. Would certainly comeback and highly recommended for sushi-fans

Went in with a reservation for a large group of friends just before the dinner rush started. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. They were quick through the entire 90 minute seating limit. The chocolate custard was a crowd pleaser!Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options! My friend seemed pleased with the selection.

Great AYCE sushi place in First Markham Place. Weekend dinner for $42.95 tax was not cheap but food was good in general. Big fresh sashimi and smaller sized sushi were appreciated. Wished they'd offer crab legs with that price. Make sure you make reservations for larger than six on weekends.

Food quality is good, service is decent, atmosphere is surprisingly nice I do enjoy the design. Group of 6 are as much as we could put down. Highly recommend the matcha ice-cream and crème brûle. Little more expensive compared to other all you can eats.Parking: Hard to find a spot.

The sushi is delicious, but the service could use improvement. They have a tendency to seat parties of two next to each other rather than spreading them out. In my opinion, the downtown location is superior.

While it may not be as impressive as when it first opened amidst all the excitement, I must concur with Yelp that it remains the top all-you-can-eat sushi spot in Markham.

First time here and had an excellent all-you-can-eat experience!The lamb skewers and mango puddings are my favorite.
