Dined here last night, firstly the place was spotless, the staff were friendly, efficient, highly professional, very organised, the table was beautiful with spotlessly clean cutlery, glasses and flowers, the food was to a very very high standard, served and presented extremely well , quality meats, beautiful Asian spices with flavours I’ve never experienced before, the sauce I had with my curry was full of flavour and the chillies which were served separately were fresh and hot. Our drinks were served in lovely glasses with ice lemon and stirrers, I honestly can not fault one single thing, I’ve eaten in the best restaurants in London Paris New York and this was far my best dining experience...
I recently picked up some takeaway from Cornwall and was really impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the front-of-house team was fantastic. The starter was tasty, and the main dishes featured high-quality meat—both the chicken and lamb were incredibly tender. Each sauce had its own distinct flavor, unlike at home where everything tends to taste the same. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and I can't wait to eat here again on my next visit to the family. I'm grateful to have discovered this place—thank you for the recommendation!
A hidden gem of Indian cuisine in Southport! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining Indian food without the hefty price. The authentic dishes are absolutely delicious, set in a clean and stylish atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff took great care to ensure our meals were perfect and free from preservatives. The food wasn’t overly oily, so we didn’t feel weighed down after eating. Everything was so fresh that we had to return a second time! You definitely need to check out this unique spot!

Just an absolutely fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent, the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great and is our go to place, wether it’s the two of us or with friends and family. I 100% recommend Kalash!
excellent restaurant, a cut above the average Indian. the food was freshly prepared, we could see the kitchen from where we sat, beautifully presented and tasted delicious. the staff was friendly and attentive, without floating over the table. will come back as often as possible.
