The baristas at Kaldi are always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. If you're a fan of lattes, I highly recommend giving their honey vanilla latte a try. I like the ambience in the store but I get lots of coffee grounds in my coffee. The Mexican mocha taste wise is pretty okay but could have a less acidic coffee taste and a stronger cinnamon flavor, and I don’t like the sandy texture of the coffee grounds. Location isn’t bad, great spot for work.Parking: Pretty good on an off day. Don’t go Thursday as there’s no parking due to farmer’s market
The finest coffee in South Pasadena! The espresso beverages are exceptionally smooth and rich, and the staff is very welcoming. Additionally, they feature local artwork on the walls, which contributes to a fantastic community vibe. I strongly suggest bypassing the chain locations like Jones and La Monarca in favor of this wonderful mom-and-pop café. 5 out of 5 stars!
The staff was welcoming and well-informed. Although the kitchen doesn’t open until 10 AM, I am definitely planning to come back to sample the grilled cheese! The iced soy milk latte was quite enjoyable as well. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spots available. They also provided dairy-free milk options for anyone with dietary restrictions.

The drinks are outstanding, and there's a diverse menu of food and pastry options. Ample comfortable seating is available both indoors and on the patio.

A nice alternative to the big coffee chain starbux. Friendly, nice mom pop coffee shop. Good tasting coffee w/o the over roasted, bitter taste of the big chains.Food: 3/5
