My friend was camping in qualicum Bay and while visiting we decided to go out to grab a bite. We stopped at this bright little truck as soon as we saw a sign saying "perogies"... I think it's an involuntary thing! We both ordered the perogy boats and sat at one of the brightly painted picnic tables. The food came out quick, hot and delicious. I was surprised the that perogies were deep fried but it was good to have a little crunch with the soft fried onions. The sour cream wasn't that low fat stuff, it was perfect with the indulgent meal. Located just ten minutes north of Qualicum Beach is a brightly colored food truck that reminds you of the Ukrainian flag. We were thrilled with our experience at this new business, enjoying perfectly prepared hot traditional pirogies served by the friendly owner, Robert. Our stomachs were satisfied and we are excited to return and try more from the intriguing menu. It's great to have such a diverse food option in the neighborhood, and this one definitely doesn't disappoint. Make sure to stop by while traveling on the Island Highway - it's well worth it.

I recently had the delicious Perogy Boat at this restaurant - it was fantastic! My grandson and husband's go-to choice is the Beachrock Burger. Robert and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
