My in-restaurant dining experience was so disappointing. While waiting for my guest to arrive, the owners were playing a repetitive video loop of Wheels on the Bus and other children's songs very loudly. I finally had to ask them to turn it down because it was so loud (and repetitive).My guest arrived and we both placed our orders. Hers was served about 5 minutes later with no mention of my order. We enjoyed both the Peshawari Naan and the Onion Kulcha, which were both outstanding! We started with Chicken Momo (steamed), and it was tasty, especially with the flavorful spicy sauce. I ordered the Goat Fried Rice at a medium spice level, but it arrived completely bland. When I pointed this out, the server kindly brought me a side dish of spice. Unfortunately, the goat meat was dry and tough, making this dish a disappointment for dinner. On a brighter note, we also tried the mutton biryani, which was quite good, and the chicken thukpa, which was excellent. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly.
We visited for lunch on a Wednesday, and to our surprise, it wasn’t crowded at all! The venue has convenient parking, is spotless, and has a lot of character. The food was fantastic! Honestly, this place deserves to be packed. I ordered the chicken Thali, which was not only beautiful but also incredibly tasty. My only issue was that I requested medium spice, but there was no heat at all—just lots of flavor. I suspect that in Western Michigan, many people might think a dash of black pepper counts as spice. So, if you're looking for authentic heat, you might need to be more insistent than I was.
We got the chicken chili mono, goat vinadaloo, garlic naan, and chicken tikka. All were good, but the momo was outstanding. The vindaloo was good, but had several pieces of bone in it, so just be aware of that. The chicken tikka had excellent flavor; you got a nice smoky flavor, but it was really quite dry which I didn't mind, but also be aware of that. The naan was very good but you didn't get much of it.

Ordered takeout- A number of the dishes tasted like tomato sauce with hot sauce added. Even the Naan was bland. And everything was really watery/ soupy vs curry- that didn't especially bother and it could be the style, idk. Regardless, flavor- wise I was disappointed and won't order again.
One of the worst things I have ate since the day I am born. I had ordered a portion of chicken chow mein, and they literally gave me just the boiled noodles with salt and chili powder. How is the restaurant still open it’s really a big mystery.
The best momos I've ever had in the USA exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect much from the city, but it truly elevated both my experience and my expectations.
