I used this company in October 2022 for my wedding at the Springs in toquerville. Everything tasted great when we tasted the food, and although the chicken was dry on my actual wedding day; the flavor was there and still okay. However the tears and frustrations I was brought from this company the final days of my wedding were completely unfair. I had asked for 1/2 and 1/2 of a salad and macaroni salad, and was told “no because if I run out it looks bad on me”. My step father ended up bringing me my own salad so that I, the bride was happy. I cannot recommend Kelly and her Culinary and Hospitality teams strongly enough. From start to finish, working with her was a pleasure. Her recommendations and guidance were spot on with menu planning and her service team delivered above and beyond service at the reception she even offered to Pick up and move the dessert table to a more central location in the venue which was the perfect spot! The presentation of the appetizers and the multi-course meal was exceptional, and the food exceeded my expectations. Many guests remarked that the filet mignon was the best they had ever tasted.
What stood out to me the most was the catering staff. They were incredibly helpful on the day of our wedding, ensuring that all the decor was arranged perfectly. We used Katering Koncepts for the first time for our 2022 annual Men's Conference at Zion, which has been held every December for the past 12 years. Kelly, Polly, and their team did an exceptional job catering all our meals at SpringHill Suites. The Sunday box lunch was the best we've ever had. As long as our conference takes place at Zion, we will definitely be using Katering Koncepts again. I've attached a photo of the men that Kelly and her team took extra care of, and I didn’t hear a single complaint from anyone!

Highly recommend! We hired Katering Koncepts for our wedding in Rockville last weekend and had a great experience! Despite living out of state, they were extremely easy to coordinate with and the food did not disappoint all of our guests commented multiple times on how great it was. I unfortunately do not remember the names of the 2 women who were on site at our event but they were fantastic and far exceeded our expectations!
I my wife wife enjoyed a wonderful meal here just recently. The meal, of course was very good. It was the exceptional service that made the visit great. Our delightful server was perfectly attentive polite, she had a genuine smile and attractive composure. A lovely young girl with wit and provided the right amount of attention for our meal service. Food and service are good but food portions have shrunk and prices have raised. But the main Beef is the online location hours need to be updated as we arrived on time as the Google information for the St George location states they are open from 8 am 8 pm 7 days a week, which is incorrect, they open at 11 am and are closed on Sunday.
Katering Koncepts catered two dinners for our family reunion at Zion Red Rock Oasis. Their team was so friendly and kind. Each meal was not only delicious, they were served on time, cleaned up without us even noticing and packaged the leftovers for us to enjoy another day. I'd highly recommend them!
