I prefer this restaurant when I feel like japanese in moonah, as the equipment suitable Japanese staff is efficient friendly. but eating is the middle of the sortiment that I had lachs donburi at several places I really wanted to love it (looks spectacular at the arrival,) but there are too many aromen textures going. it is rich in different types of salmon, but in a bowl are all aromen combed the salmon bugro box looks fabulous again at the arrival, but at tasting, there are too many random aromas in the box, maische karotte / potato-wasabi-mas, boiled carrots, roheanged, pasta salat, temperas, choirs.
Everything about this restaurant should have been good, but it was so disappointing. Phenomenally slow service, very mediocre food and they forgot our order so we watched every other table eat their meal while we waited. I was still prepared to like the place but when the food finally arrived it tasted sad and old.
Didn't really do it for us. Went expecting good things after hearing rave reviews from friends. Sushi was pretty middle of the road, tempura was oily and undercooked, broths were very ho-hum... Not awful, but pretty average, wouldn't go again with the plethora of good food joins opening up in Hobart these days.
a small restaurant outside the street. a soothing atmosphere and a friendly service. this beautiful Japanese restaurant was exactly what I was looking for, and also had the most delicious Japanese food I had in tasmania. I already have a plan to visit regularly. in any case recommend!

Not happy. Seriously?? how are people raving about this.. expensive as hell! for a sushi roll when I could go to any Japanese place and get one for less than half that! and they are some pretty damn nice Japanese places that do sushi for cheap around here Disgusted.
had a delicious meal in kawasemi. it was the first time I was and I was very impressed with everything we ordered. the staff was very attentive and friendly. I'm going back to the finals. it is the best japaner in hobart.
these young make the best to order sushi that I tried in hobart. they make the little rolls. her wasabi is delicious. plus is also your customer service wonderful! will be back and forth
her sushi is amazing, just like her customer service. I look forward to enjoying and tasting their traditional Japanese cuisine in the near future.

Damn...this place is GOOD.. I'm jealous of the people in this area as they can go to this cute shop any time they want.
Great food!! Good service and it's so cheap. We ate heaps and it only cost I will Definately come back.
