The fish and rice were exceptionally fresh, and there were numerous excellent menu choices. While the service during our dinner tonight was not particularly quick or attentive, the quality of the fish made up for it. The salmon was tender, the rice was fresh, and the sauces were well-balanced—neither too overpowering nor too light. My only suggestion would be that the "spicy" rolls could use a bit more kick. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food quality and would definitely recommend it.
the raw fish here didn?t taste fresh and the cooked fish also didn?t taste fresh and came drowning in sauce which i didn?t ask for. i requested a refund to which she only refunded 2 of the items since i ?didn?t return one of the pieces of sushi? because iwas trying to like it before realizing it just was tough and tasted like it had been in the fridge for over a week. so sherefunded me $24.98 like thanks. i wouldn?t go to a bethpage place for sushi and this is why.
Absolutely fantastic! The sushi is vibrant, fresh, and incredibly delicious. I was treated to a complimentary appetizer that’s not on the menu; the chef uses a wonderful sauce technique and has an artistic touch in plating. The tempura and other hot Japanese dishes are delightful, but the sushi steals the show for me. The tuna appetizer with mango and apple is exceptional! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend KAZE!
SUPER GOOOD!!! Sushi is beautifully colored..fresh and delicious. I received an exclusive non menu free appetizer the chef has a delicious sauce technique and very artistic plating approach. Tempura and other hot japanese selections are scrumptious but thesushi is my favorite. The tuna appetizer with mango and apple is top notch! The place is super and the staff is very nice. I never made a review before, but this place made me want to. I come here often and it never disappoints. The hibachi chef name was Eric and he memorized my order every time I came. After all the customers he had he remembered me and my friend?s order.This place is very nice and the service is fast! I love this place and it deserves more visits!
I adore this spot! They provide high quality food, their menu is rich, The chef in that spot is a specialist, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The food is always tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is friendly. I frequently visit thisplace and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all.
KAZE offers generous portions, and the filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium rare as I requested. The shrimp tempura appetizer was fantastic. The filet mignon and scallops hibachi combo was also delicious.
