Pretty mid place. The service was average, decor was fine, the place was clean, but honestly the restaurant isn 't all that special. Would rank it a 7 on a 0-10 scale. The food was decent, but the price and portions were slightly below average. Careful when ordering the California roll, because for the price, you might expect larger pieces and/or higher quantity, but there was really only 6 small pieces! Not advertised, so I 'd be wary. The bento box was alright, meat was super average, a bit chewy, but overall not terrible.Honestly, I probably won 't be coming back, but it has a cute little shop towards the back so fun. I don 't discourage you from coming, but in the end, I wasn 't impresse...
My favorite rolls here: Jackie and Angela. The carrot sliders amazing! The gyoza best in town. So far I haven't tried anything I didn't love... the best part is the OHANA style service you get here, because they really treat you like family. Try their poke salad, too (secret menu) mixed with the seaweed salad SO YUMMY and super fresh! Last, if you do t try the authentic shave ice or my favorite the tempura fried ice cream topped with fresh whipped cream and a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon OMG SOOOO GOOD!!! I could eat here every day!
I placed a pretty big order one minute before they closed, and my food was more than perfect. They had given me an extra six Gyoza and had put a little heart on the I in my name which I found adorable and heart warming. 10/10 will be eating here again at a more reasonable time frame. (By the way, the Thai Boba tea was fantastic. I had never tried one before, highly recommend that too)
Fantastic service! The owner was extremely knowledgeable about plant-based vegan diets and tailored our order perfectly. They checked on us multiple times throughout our meal, which was a nice touch. I also loved the shopping area where I found some adorable chopsticks! The flavors were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
Everything was absolutely perfect! The Vegetable Teriyaki with Chicken Teriyaki, known as Shelly, has become my new favorite dish, and the Pan-Fried Gyoza (6-piece pot stickers) were fantastic as always. I've enjoyed this restaurant for years, and I will definitely remain a loyal customer. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
We tried this place almost 5 years later again, and liked almost everything we got. Tonkatsu, salmon bowl and vegetable tempura appetizers. I liked tempura and got one to go too. Their tempura is the best, not too much batter which I liked the most. Service was nice and definetily will come back soon.
