I had a really disappointing experience with the chicken I ordered. It was old, smelled bad, and was tough to chew. When I notified the staff, they seemed to argue with me over the phone instead of addressing my concern. I wasn't looking for a refund; I just wanted to let them know to avoid serving that chicken to other customers. Unfortunately, the staff was quite rude. I won’t be returning. Poor service like this can really hurt a business, and I feel sorry for the owner. Food: 1, Service: 1.
Lovely and clean. It has good reviews which is why i went here. Service was good although perhaps a smile wouldn't hurt? Ordered chips for my kids. Amazing! Highly recommend. I believe this is the best kebab shop I have ever visited in Brisbane. The food is always fresh, the environment is very clean, the dishes are delicious, and the staff is friendly. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
Prices have sky-rocketed at this place in the last 4 months and to make it worse now the portion sizes have shrunk. Times are about to get much tuffer for you guys unfortunately. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
