it was valentine, so I expected to have a nice dinner. it took a long time until our appetizer and meal appeared. for such animated night it seemed almost as if they were under servants or overwhelmed. as beautiful as our server was, we could hardly get a hold of her to ask her for dingen. we had to ask other employees. I ordered a well-made steak and it came rarely. I had to send it back, I couldn't even cut it as rare as it was. they brought me a new steak, but they did not offer a discount on the meal. I was not overly impressed, but didn't let it pamper a nice evening with my wife.
Nice waitress, good manager. Unfortunately, the food was not very hot or warm and the hostess was not very friendly. She ignored some questions and people on her way. Also the volume was high and the restaurant used their music to try and mask the volume of all children scream. Many people around me were not completely satisfied with the ambience and quality of food. The waitress was very nice and looked at us a lot. However, my overall experience was not wonderful because my food order was not hot and the offers were limited to decisions. Not very diverse in their food planning.

Overall experience was good, however, the Chicken Goat Beet salad was disappointing. A sprinkle of goat cheese and the lettuce was not as fresh. I have been at Kelsey's Woodbine Hwy location and their Goat&Beet salad is a Thank you!
Supposed, cold food when it came to take drinks forever, Dessert was a seemingly frozen or stale cookie with molten ice because it took so long until the server got it and bring it to us. Total waste of an evening.

Slow service. Burger was so cold the cheese didnât melt. Fries were undercooked. And everything took a while to get out.
