Kelseys Original Roadhouse

We arrived at the Brockville, ON location around 8 PM on October 12th and noticed at least a dozen empty tables. However, when we walked in, we were informed that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes. We inquired if we could be seated while waiting, but the answer was a firm 'no.' We decided to leave and went across the street to Barley Mow, where we had an excellent meal and left a generous tip. We're not sure what went wrong at Kelsey’s, but we won't be returning to that location again.

I've always enjoyed Kelseys, but my recent visit to this location was disappointing. The food was cold, and the service was incredibly slow. I have a feeling the meals were left out for too long before being served. I nearly left several times, but after a long day of travel, I was too hungry to seek a different place. Next time I'm passing through Brockville, I'll definitely skip this particular Kelseys.

We ordered takeout tonight, and I must say... well done, Kelsey's! The steak and bacon Swiss ciabatta with pesto mayo was incredible! The food is consistently fantastic there. Thank you for making our date night so special with delicious meals!

LEANDRA IS AMAZING!!! There are other options in Brockville that offer food/beer etc as similar prices. It's not the prices that bring me back, it's the staff and specifically LEANDRA. Give her a raise she is instrumental to your business.

Popular place in Brockville for a reason. My 98 yo mother loves this place. They cater to her needs in her wheelchair and let us visit as long as we want.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in/out and also seating.

Went in for wings on wing night. Maybe they didn't know it was wing night because the wings were not good at all I think they were cooked a few times before. Thanks for nothing huge waste of money and time!

I ordered the Vegetable Fajitas since I am plant-based and it was delicious. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Great experience, I will go back again.
