Had to send burger back as Pattie was cold, just took the burger away and left me with the fries, by the time the burger came back fries were cold. My wife had a chicken salad, the chicken looked ok but texture was very rubbery and the salad had way too much dressing. Probably won’t return.Edit: just realized they edited the bill and credited for the chicken salad (it’s on us), we appreciate that.Edit 2: Had emails from Guest Experience Centre apologizing and since have had a phone call from the restaurant who will be sending me a voucher . Sometimes things go wrong but it's how they deal with it is what counts will be visiting again soon and hopefully it will be a good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. We sat at the bar to eat. The bartender actually made pretty great drinks... just mentioning as sometimes (often) at these chain restaurants they don 't seem to have the 'bartender skills ' that are more typical at other spots. Food was also well done and tasty. Would return. Nice experience.

Visit Sunday October 17, 2021. Lunch for four. Mobility impaired accessible, lovely outdoor dinning area. Clean, good atmosphere. Staff professional and attentive. Good food and beverage selection, reasonably priced. Always a good experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered the chicken fried chicken and Asian curry bowl.The Asian curry lacked taste, lacked spice was very underwhelming.The Chicken fried chicken, crust and chicken itself were tasty, but tiny in size. The veg and gravy were bland.

A few days ago our family went to the ymca location in st catharines for dinner and enjoyed it very much, very fast service : My kids loved our server her name was Bre , we'll be back forsure !Great atmosphere!Elisha

Always a decent quality. Benchmark eatery. Not sure if they still do this but kids used to get a toy from a giant chest after dinner. Was always happy to come here as a kid because of that. The food it good!

Excellent service, great food. Would recommend. We had fajitas, steak sandwiches, kids spaghetti, and wings. Everyone loved everything that we ordered. Would definitely recommend. Réservez une table maintenant

I wish I could remember our waitresses name but she was there on Saturday afternoon 10.28.23. She was funny, HONEST to a tee and very helpful. She made the experience 5 star!!
