Kelseys Original Roadhouse Bowmanville

I stopped by this restaurant after my son's hockey tournament and was pleasantly surprised, as I hadn't visited since it was remodeled to have a road house vibe. The food was fantastic—each of our three meals was served hot, looked great, and tasted even better. The staff was excellent, too. I only deducted a couple of stars because the place was extremely bright; there are just so many lights! It was also quite warm inside, which could have been due to the lighting or the mild winter making temperature control difficult. Regardless, we enjoyed our meals and finally felt like we got our money's worth, which is rare these days.

I had an enjoyable evening at Kelsey’s, sitting in the bar area. We were served by Catie, who was amazing—very attentive and went above and beyond for us. We started with the spinach dip and nachos, which I found to be a game changer since they’re much lighter than the pitas. For our main courses, we ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon bourbon BBQ burger, which are our favorites. Overall, it was a fantastic night. Thank you, Catie!

Halfway through my meal, I discovered a long strand of brown hair in my food—not mine, as I have short hair of a different color. At that point, I was completely disgusted and felt nauseous. The woman who delivered my food came back to check on me, and I informed her about the hair. She apologized and offered to replace my meal or provide dessert, but I declined, as it felt like an inconvenience to her. I won’t be dining here again.

We went for a birthday party and our service was quite good . Restaurant was clean the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was my moms dinner looked like old salad put together. If I have to be honest . But everyone else enjoyed their meals including myself . Réservez une table maintenant

My go to place in Bowmanville!Best wings in town!Great atmosphere, friendly staff.Brandy was our server and her knowledge of the menu is impressive and always makes you feel welcome!

Came in last week, was a busy night there, the food was great, our server Angela was phenomenal so quick to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our night, 10/10 service
