Kelseys Original Roadhouse Thunder Bay

This was possibly the best experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The server Dylann is absolutely PHENOMENAL at her job and made the whole experience worth the wait. Give this woman a raise because she put up with a lot. The atmosphere that she creates with customers is probably the reason that people continuously go back, I know I will personally be back because of her. <3 pay her more money.

disappoint how we ordered chicken meat and it came with BEEF bread. the waiter said they were called out of the chicken grosse. well beef gravy is not going with friend huh in my books. I also believe that we should inform ourselves as if I were allergic to bark meat. or I could have ordered something else. Usually we are satisfied with eating, but tonight was a disappointment.

it took a while until her dinner arrived. we were patient and waited when we saw that others were commanding. I had to ask the waitress to see how much longer it would be. I would say we arrived in 45-50 minutes before our food. a sequence of the wings was cold, but we didn't send back because we had starved and didn't want to wait anymore

Our Server Susie is always great! She’s professional, funny, personable is a Thunder Bay Kelsey’s Icon. She has customers (like us) who ask to sit in her section. Always great service! Monique is also someone who should be recognized as a Kelsey’s Customer favourite. We enjoy dealing wit them both.

FOOD WAS Fantastic as well as our Server can't remember his name but he was wonderfull and as leaving all the employees said Bye kinda of made and the lady feel like celebrities we both had a great Valentine's date.

As a mariner, I've had the opportunity to dine at many different restaurants. I must say, the food and ambiance at this particular restaurant were truly unique and exceptional. I really enjoyed my experience here!

1/2 price wing night plus St Paddy’s day. Great service! Great wings! Glad we made reservation on “ Open Table App”. The restaurant was full and people waiting.

I was disappointed that I used open table and the restaurant literally had no record of any online reservations. well, it was calm and I could go in.

A really good lunch with a friend. Sonoma salad was excellent, as was the service. The ambiance was great.
