We had tickets for a concert and decided a picnic supper in the park would be perfect. I ordered 10 Ruby Red Boxes Saturday morning for same afternoon pickup. Ken's did not disappoint. All orders were correct. The bread was authentic marble rye filled with quality meats and cheese; side salads delicious, brownie superb. Attention to details were in the hand rolled napkin and utensils as well as the plentiful condiments. The majority of our group had not been to Ken's and all of them can't wait to enjoy breakfast at Ken's... which my family also knows is delicious! Do yourself a favor and get a Ruby Red Box and enjoy the great outdoors of Mount Dora!
I was searching for a lemon pie for my wife's birthday, and this restaurant is conveniently located nearby. I attempted to email them but received no response. I tried calling, but again, no luck. I even visited during their advertised business hours, but it was still closed. At this point, I’m starting to think this place might be permanently closed, or they simply don’t want my business. Oh well, Publix is just down the street.
Very nice people but a little disappointed because I didn't notice they gave me chicken salad with cranberry in it. Me and my wife don't like anything with them. Our first time here so we'll be back all the way from Marion Oaks Ocala fl. If the salads was up front we would of seen them. We purchased like 60.00 of food lunch meats, pasty, and different salads.
This place is cute hole in the wall !Where else would you get a sausage and drink for under $5?This place is amazing and should not be overlooked. I came on a non busy Wednesday but I can't see reason for it to be empty, from drinks to desserts, Ken's has it all. Definitely will come back when I take my dog for grooming.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and there’s a wide selection of cheese and deli meats available, including vegan options. Additionally, there's a charming little gift shop worth checking out.
I drove all the way there only to find it closed on a Wednesday at noon. It seems like they keep whatever hours they choose on any given day. I’m starting to wonder if they’re closed for good.
We ordered coffee from them on Feb 12th. We have not received it yet. I tried to call for 3 days and their number is still not working. I would not suggest you order anything from this place

Best deli sandwiches in six counties. I have been coming here for around six years or more and Everytime I am in Mount Dora for business I try to stop by for lunch.
