I found this little gem from a Google search. It’s such a shame that all the decent cafes in Harrow have closed or changed hands. Parking can be a little challenging but I managed to find parking very close by. On arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the waitress and was advised I could sit anywhere. Rude manager, no realistic waiting times, food below average panini more like stale bread (the hot one was 100% not hot), chips soggy lacking flavour add the hot sauce to make the most of a poor food situation, over priced. Only good thing was the masala chai. Will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending. Tried the “Full Hinglish” breakfast Indian scrambled eggs, masala spiced beans, paratha, spicy hash brown, tomatoes and garlic, pickles, choice of masala tea or lemon drink limbu pani)and it was delicious and nicely presented. Service was very warm, friendly and efficient. It was busy on a weekday morning so might be better to book ahead. I visited the KLC today with two colleagues and ordered a Veggie Soya Burger. The young waitress brought the burger over with chips. I asked where the salad coleslaw was and she stated it doesn't come with the meal. Hence just as I was about to eat the burger she same came over and stated that it was in fact a beef burger! and that it should have been for my colleague. No apology was given and she did not seem bothered that I nearly ate this being a vegetarian. When I got my burger it had a tiny piece of lettuce, dry and bland. Kenton Lane Cafe is hands down my favorite restaurant. The quality of the food, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness are all exceptional. It feels like you're enjoying a home-cooked meal every time. I either dine in or get takeout from there a few times a week, and the food is always consistently delicious. I have never been disappointed. You can't go wrong with KLC.
It is a zero cause it smells there is flys everywhere in my food and everything. I have to say the one good thing was when I go to leave and have a breath of fresh air outside also there was one real nice person who cleaned the table but everyone else smelt like poo
English Breakfast was very good and excellent value. If you like masala breakfast , this is a place to go to. Owner very friendly and make sure you enjoy the meal. Would definitely go again.
I ordered a takeaway chai and found it to be overly bitter with an excessive amount of cardamom. Unfortunately, I couldn't drink it. The only positive aspect was that it was served hot.

My American cousin is visiting and he wanted to try Jacket Potatoes. We had a great time enjoying their delicious Jacket Potatoes, along with some tasty omelette and Desi chai.
The food is consistently good. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good variety. I find myself eating there more than I eat at home.
