As someone who usually doesn’t choose pork, I found the meat to be very flavorful with a pleasant texture. The tofu dish (whose full name I can't recall) wasn’t quite to my taste, but I’m glad I tried something new. The real highlight of the meal was the ramen. I ordered the spicy charsu, and my girlfriend opted for the king of kings ramen. I appreciated that we were asked about our preferred spice levels. What an incredible experience! It was my family’s first time trying fresh, restaurant-quality ramen, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The portions were generous, the prices were great, and the flavors were outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, even taking the time to help my husband learn how to use chopsticks. Have ordered the Orochong at least 25-30 times from the Oshawa location and it has never disappointed. Always enough for two meals. Usually when I choose veggie over a meat option (same price) I get more veggies. Tonight, hardly any. A sad little meal and barely warm despite quick Uber delivery. Guessing it’s better to eat in or order in person. Very disappointing.
I had a fantastic dining experience! My son and his friend both loved their ramen and matcha smoothies. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. As for kid-friendliness, all the ramen options are delicious and served in generous portions.
