Today, we experienced outstanding service at Kerby's Koney Island. From the moment we entered, the staff welcomed us warmly, making us feel completely at ease. Our waitress was attentive and our food was served promptly. Even the manager, Haylie, stopped by to see how everything was going. The team was genuinely caring and worked together flawlessly. Such exceptional service is hard to come by, and we will surely be coming back.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for about 1-2 years now and here's what I have observed.- The carry-out food often seeps through the containers it is packaged in, resulting in a burnt plastic taste.- Occasionally, dirty cups with bugs and dirt can be found in them.- The food is decent, but the prices are medium-high and not worth it.
The food at Kerby's Koney Island could have been enjoyable if it hadn't been served cold and if the bread hadn't been hard. Our waiter was very friendly and delivered excellent customer service, earning an A rating. However, despite the great service, we do not intend to return to this restaurant.
I ordered a chicken gyro and soup for lunch to go today. It was delicious, as always. However, the highlight was the server who took my order and packed it up. Her name was Ruby and she was incredibly sweet. You can tell she is a genuinely good person. Please don't ever lose her! Food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant
The service at this restaurant is remarkably fast. It's perfect for a quick lunch since you can place your order and have your food in front of you in just five minutes. They also provided a to-go cup for my drink, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the service here is outstanding.
The place is Always clean and the staff is Always friendly and personable ESPECIALLY Hayle and Raquel....the food is delish and I Totes love their lemonade.....once again, HAYLE and RAQUEL are the BEST?Food: 5/5
Subpar. I never understand why some (few) restaurants put cheese on top of an omelette instead of inside it. Customer service was pretty good otherwise.
The drive-thru speaker at Kerby's Koney Island wasn’t working, so I had to go inside to place my order, which was a bit inconvenient. Réservez une table maintenant
