I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches at drive thru. I asked for one with no mayo. Was told it would be 12 minutes. After 30 minutes my boyfriend went inside. Said he was treated rudely and food was prepared while he waited. I got the order and both sandwiches had mayo. I took the order inside to get a sandwich with no mayo. I got my sandwich on a bare bun. No pickle, lettuce, tomato, or sauce. Very sad to wait for such a meal. No apologies or concern from employees. The chicken tasted good.
This is a classic example of marketing not matching reality. The chicken sandwich in the photos looked huge, but in reality, it barely fit in the bun. It seemed like they just placed a couple of tenders on a bun, making it look like a sandwich in two pieces. I received four pickles, but they were all piled on one side. The total came to $4.76 after tax. The mayo oozed out and got on my pants. Overall, not worth it.
I hadn't eaten anyone's KFC since I was a child. Those cookies are nasty, but the food was decent any it was definitely hot. I'm not sure what it's supposed to taste like because it is so different from what I remember and I don't eat chicken much, but it was kind of sweet in my opinion. However, I have no complaints. The barbecue sauce was excellent and the person who took my order was funny.
The window worker who helped us with the name Andrew has the best customer service and empathy I've seen for a long time. As long as he is there, we will continue to order from this KFC. The food was disappointing and not fresh. The staff wasn't very friendly, which made the experience even worse. I feel like I wasted my money on subpar food. This has been my worst experience at KFC, and I won't be returning. Additionally, my order was incorrect.
I 'm giving them a 4 based on the chicken sandwich alone. This was absolutely the best one I 've had. [Haven 't had Popeyes yet] They were out of fries and left out my biscuit...that was slack. But that chicken sandwich was fire ?!!
Hands down this is the best KFC?.they never disappointed! This afternoon I had the pleasure of being greeted by Robert about the ride thru. He was so polite and friendly.. It's been years since I was so greeted.
I ordered my usual 2-piece leg and thigh. The chicken and mashed potatoes were great as always. However, I had to toss the biscuit because they didn't have any strawberry or grape jam. So disappointing! Réservez une table maintenant
I'm so upset! We should have gone! I'm on a fixed income and that should be a treat. No treats. WASTE OF MONEY!!! Rude Manager and evil food. No taste. BIG WASTE?
