I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I spent $50 on a 20-piece combo, but the chicken pieces were half the size they should have been. I called to speak with a manager and received a call back from Sara, the store manager. Unfortunately, she was quite dismissive and told me that everything is expensive, suggesting that I should just accept it and move on. After I shared my feedback, she informed me that there was nothing she could do to help. To make matters worse, she hung up on me while I was still trying to speak. This restaurant has the worst service I've ever experienced. The only way to ensure your order is correct is to open everything up and inspect it in the store, as they can't seem to get it right. They also take advantage of customers by claiming they don’t sell certain items, pushing you to choose upsized options that you won’t enjoy. If you fail to check your order and discover their mistakes after you’ve gotten home, they expect you to drive 20 minutes back for a resolution, and all they offer is an apology. I plan to contact the head office about my experience at this location.
I’ve noticed that every time I visit this location after 9 PM, they seem to be out of chicken. I was there tonight, and even though they’re open until 10 PM, there was no chicken available at 9:15 PM. When I asked if I could wait for them to cook some, they declined. I won’t be coming back to this location anymore.
