Kfc - Réserver une table

Had a horrible experience.Spent 50$ to get a 20piece combo received pieces of chicken that are 1/2 of the size as they should be. I then called in to speak to request a manager to call back.Received a call back from Sara the store manager. (She was very passive and advised me that everything is expensive and that i should accept it and move on. After receiving my feedback. Then I was told there's nothing she can do. Then hung up on me after me requesting to get a Word in.Very unprofessional!!!!!! KFC you need to be better then this. Your customers are what keep you in business and people employed.

This place has to be the worst for service. The only way to confirm your order is right is to take apart your whole order in the store and check. They never get it right. They also take advantage of people by saying they don't sell a certain feast and having you upsize to things you won't eat. Then if you didn't check and get home to see their screw up, they want you to drive 20 minutes each way and all they offer is a sorry. Will be going to head office about this location

Went for lunch with my hubby and there was 3 preteen boys sitting with drinks..one kept going up and asking prices..we didn't see them eat,so we treated them to 3 popcorn chicken and fries..hope they enjoyed it!Our food was great!

The last 2 times I was at the KFC in Trenton, I have found the chicken was terrible. Deep fried in overused or old oil...the chicken was dry and the coating was hard and tasteless.... maybe time to try another

Every time I go to this location after 9pm they have no chicken. Open till 10pm tonight no chicken at 9:15 pm. Offered to wait for them to cook some but they refused. I will not return to this location.

Last time i asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. This time I got two bottom buns and no top. Not as appetizing. Pay attention, please.

OMG TALK ABOUT GETTING RIPPED OFF. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I was specific and still got ripped.

Chicken was way over cooked burnt really. Fries were cold. They need a new cook for sure !
