The cashier got my drink order wrong on my combo when I tried to correct it they got a setting I asked to drop fresh deals they said they just came up and they were not and they just win me 4 i ored 5 and then they have my card 5 extra dollars I said if they need that they might need it to buy some edges. I live in this area for 7 years and this year is the worst I will never give them another I will go down the road to Popeyes
Just went through drive through and ordered mashed potatoes and 6 biscuits. Got home mashed potatoes were in the bag. Went to open the box with the biscuits. No biscuits . There was 1 piece of chicken in the box which I did not order..I don't know why I keep going back to that place. There is a issue with my order each time. Why???? Is it so hard to get the orders right?
I stopped there yesterday and got my order when I tell nothing tasted good the cole slaw nasty the chicken I think they left it in the fryer too long and my tea I can't tell you what it taste like cause it didn't have a taste I know places are short staff but we out here trying to support y'all at least you can fix the food right
Chicken was old, cold and greasy. Mashed potatoes were cold, biscuit was old and hard. Took it back and manager was arrogant. He said it didn't matter if I contacted corporate, he would answer the complaint anyway. Just a terrible experience. Never will return to this location. Réservez une table maintenant
Easiest job in the world work at this KFC. You don’t have to do anything because they don’t serve any food. They’re either out of chicken mid day or the system is down or they’re closed at 8pm. Worst KFC in Nashville by FAR. Desperately needs new manager
Horrible service and I was very hungry. They only had wings and breast upon ordering. I was charged incorrectly because kitchen manager was training employee , my food was dry and no taste. Coleslaw was not fresh. I will not return. Gallatin ok Madison
Slightly Improved. KFC is the simple new name. That new name is supposed to mean more choice than Fried Chicken. Corn on the cob and skinless chicken is a good alternate to chew on
