Place hasn't been updated in 40years, it was dirty, service was very unfriendly, food was terrible as I got a back piece with no meat on it and 1 thy that was sooo greasey it was gross, the popcorn chicken was old and dry, the fries had so much salt on them I couldn't even give them to my dog because I didn't like them.. But hey at l didn't get food poisoning this time lol.. However that will be the absolute last time I ever give this location another chance specially when there's other places like poppeyes chicken amd Arby's that also have amazing chicken sandwiches.. I highly recommend not eating here, wasting ur time or because this franchise in particular just doesn't care with the owner...
Ok Cranbrook KFC, I feel like it's time to step up your game. For one, your cosmetic appearance has been the same for the past 25+ years, the interior of your restaurant is so run down, your seats are shredded and to the point it's like sitting on plywood, your walls are beat up, the black stains on your wood trim are revolting. Your restaurant looks like a hobo hotel. We tried to place an order and you have a very limited selection of your menu, your fries are soft and under cooked, the bucket we ordered was suppose to come with gravy and that was not in our order, you had two selections for dips instead of the norm, no chicken tenders. This restaurant is a complete disappointment. The prices for the chicken are exorbitant, and the portion sizes are consistently small. In my last four visits, the food has been cold, and the last time I even received undercooked chicken. The quality is far below what should be acceptable, especially given the high prices—it's honestly better to look for a meal in a dumpster than to eat here. Google really needs to offer a 0/5 star rating for places like this! I won't be spending any more money here and will make sure to warn my family, friends, and anyone else I meet to avoid this place and spare themselves the frustration, expenses, and disappointment that come with dining here.
The dining area was dirty and looked like it hadn't been renovated in decades. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks up close. I paid $35 for ten pieces of dry, tasteless chicken. Some pieces were much darker than others, which made me suspect they were re-fried leftovers. I honestly believe they aren't using any of the spices you find in KFC, and I'm not alone in that opinion. It was utterly flavorless. A friend called KFC corporate about the lack of spices and flavor and was told, "That's not our problem." I will never eat here again, and I recommend that if you're craving delicious chicken, you get one of those fantastic rotisserie chickens from Superstore for around $13. Réservez une table maintenant
I go here frequently and most of the time the food is good. the last few times my food has been cold, stale and just not good to be honest. These are the pictures of the snack wraps i just got. the spicy one has way too much dressing that made is so gross that i just tossed it. the other one was old chicken and kind of cold. There was only one person taking orders and making food. I personally think there should be 2 people as it isn't right for the employee to have to do double the work plus the customers also suffer.
We were disappointed with the quality of our meal. The chicken coating was nearly nonexistent and the chicken itself was overcooked. Unfortunately, this has been our experience the last two times we’ve dined here, so we regret to say that we won’t be returning. The dining area and restrooms also need updating; the chairs and the edges of the wooden tables were dirty and greasy. Service: Dine-in. Meal type: Dinner.
Auto tip prompt on take out without an option to easily bypass isn’t something I’m happy with. Counter service better be pretty special to earn that. I usually don’t go to kfc and find Popeyes to be a better value. KFC building is in poor shape. Thought I would give you another chance but auto tip prompt on counter service- I won’t be back, good luck Cranbrook KFC
Took a solid hour on a pickup order , waited 20 minutes to go pick it up took another 40 minutes after that while watching customers get there smaller orders while waiting who came after me , overall terrible service wouldn't recommend or come back , this place isn't what it used to be at all and it's sad honestly .
