Today, my family and I stopped at this restaurant and from start to finish, it was not a good experience. The two screens for ordering were not working properly, so we had to go to the desk to place our order. Despite ordering fairly quickly, the staff seemed more concerned with the drive-thru than with us. The chips were overcooked and we had to wait for the extra chicken that was supposed to come with our main meal. It has been a long time since I last visited this restaurant, and based on this experience, I won't be in a rush to come back. The whole dining experience felt like organized chaos, with the staff seeming overworked and not enough of them to handle the amount of customers.
The place was freezing- about we got warmed up when we got back in the car. It does not appear to be re decorated since we were last there and while the chicken was genuine it did not have the KFC factor you would...expect. The portions were small and overall very poor experience in comparison with Mc Donalds- not hard to see why McD does times the business. Bear in mind that it has been since we last visited as we had an even more horrendous experience with an unbelievably dirty restaurant which we had hoped to have forgotten by now. Overall it will be another good while before we do it again.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly, the food was delicious, and despite the busy atmosphere, all orders were served quickly and the staff was very accommodating. Although the staff seemed overworked, they were doing a great job. Unfortunately, the customers were not as pleasant. Some customers were terrible, as one even screamed at a young boy for not having full fat Pepsi. After witnessing how staff were treated by customers, I am skeptical of the reviews on this platform. Despite this, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
Been to McDonalds and BK and waited roughly ten minutes for my full order but I go near a KFC and I can enjoy a medium length movie while I wait for half of what I ordered. Had an extra gravy on my order which...translates to forget both gravies (boneless banquet comes with gravy) and also a pack of chips, WHY NOT?!? Take the extra few miles and go Cookstown instead, quieter and actually semi-consistent.

We have just been in this KFC and the food was good the staff were friendly but it was absolutely FREEZING. Another customer asked for the heating to be turned on and the staff advised her that there is no more heating. If customer experience...is important to the manager then they need to get this sorted it is always cold. The kids complained the whole way through their meal. Not good
How comes that the staff working there not clear any tables or brush the floor after any customer's .. too busy talking..I put my rubbish away but that does not get the floor swept.. and there is only a limited amount of cookies etc once...they gone that is it... as well it is not tasty in there .. be long time back in
Don’t know what all the fuss is about had a great meal here chicken was moist and generally it was good can’t complain about the staff either. I know years ago it did have a bad rep but has definitely came a long way since...that. Would have no bother calling in at night on the way home from work!
Didn’t think it was possible but the surly staff member managed to get every item wrong on our order. All reordered. Place cold and lighting dreadful. No money for electricity? Best thing leaving and the fat cat begging outside.

This restaurant is terrible and definitely not hygienic. The person at the register was digging in their pocket, not wearing gloves, and had hair and face uncovered while serving the food. I will never go back here again.
