The quality of the food is generally quite good. Even if the waiting time is sometimes quite long. However, the employees often appear listless, unfriendly and disorganized. Overall the restaurant could be cleaner. Anyone who can only “solala” in the visible area is not suggesting anything good behind the scenes. Unfortunately one of the worse KFCs in the region. Recently, drinks are only available as a ZERO version. But I don't like them. Why can't I choose this myself?
Nice shop. Unfriendly staff speaks little to no German. The first three employees couldn't answer my question about where the toilet was. Then the manager, probably, came and asked if I had ordered anything. Once I had a rough bearing of where the toilet was, I was able to find the rest of it by nose. The toilet smells like no one has ever peed IN the toilet. And they are not responsible for the quality of the food.
One star is too many.. Poor treatment of customers, they need to learn a lot about respect. Bad food and it just kept getting worse, second floor is always closed, I don't know what exactly they put there that people aren't allowed to see. Lastly, the meal takes at least half an hour, no matter how big the order is. So, no longer there because I have dignity.
Super delicious food, but unfortunately you couldn't use vouchers online because they are no longer available on the last day!?! I also think it's a shame that you can only order with a service pad. If you have any questions about how to order, unfortunately you won't be given any advice anymore! So some of the food selection takes quite a long time!!! Réservez une table maintenant
The chicken pieces were not fully fried (breading was light yellow almost white) there were no toys in the kids menu, only upon request there was a ridiculous plastic cup as a toy . The fries were also too short in the deep fryer.
Food was good but the veggie burger was tasteless and dry. Drinks were tasteless. The tenders were delicious.
The staff is disrespectful. There is no seating in the restaurant and it is forbidden to sit upstairs
