Kfc - Réservation de table

Last night was the second time we have visited this KFC in the last couple of months. The time, the food was nothing special but it was as least edible. The food last night however. Nasty. The chicken had a funny taste, the coating...very soggy with grease and it was cold. We ended up cutting the chicken up for the dogs and even then was a little wary of feeding it to them. As were the fries, cold and full of eyes. It seems like Rhyl KFC has gone downhill like many other branches over the past years. I certainly wouldn’t recommend people waste their money here. I visited the Rhyl Location about time since COVID lock down was lifted , twice the chicken smelt burnt and tasted terrible due to the strong smell of the burn, I had stopped buying there in early because the chicken was really dark...and did not look right but I am disappointed tonight as my chicken looks burnt and smells burnt and I feel if someone can take their hard earned money to buy your food it should be done to the best for the customers, we follow the regulations , we wait for our food to enjoy it not put the bucket in the bin sorry this one was terrible.

honestly, save your money, that's really the worst culinary experience of all time. filthy table and floor. employees who could not take care of anything less to do with the customer service. that was dirty. inconspicuous burger meal with minimal chicken and fries. it took an old to get someone to make the eye contact at the theke to ask for the drinks that were finally given with bad gnade. truly, really terrible place to eat. some of the reviews I've read here are too polite. it is not the worst kfc in Britain, it may be the worst in the world!

Went in here tonight we waiting minutes to be served and there was people in front of us not sure what the wait was so long? The young girl on the till seemed really stressed and to the point where she had...given up she was cursing a lot. The two guys in the back one called Paul I think was throwing us dirty looks the cook looked like he wanted to fight rather than work and actually get the food moving. All in all terrible visit I would avoid at all cost to avoid disappointment this place used to be good what a let down. Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant is the worst place I have ever been to for food. The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming, the hygiene was disgusting as shown in the photos, and they were understaffed leading to dirty tables and slow service for orders.

burger was in order, but they only gave me a break. the least ever at kfc. ps rhyl kfc has moved and is now in the high road. his klempner saw, but the staff took me to a fool.

the workers do not seem to know what they do or care. articles that are missing from the order. overloaded staff has beenhaved unhygienicly. that was cold.

We are shielding so always have deliveries. This is now the time we have ordered dipping meals and not had any dips in the bag. Checking needs to be better Réservez une table maintenant

the management and the personal should all be ashamed. waiting for half an hour and eating was disgusting. personal and management also rude.

Had a lovely meal chatted with the manager while waiting and she was so friendly. Will recommend and visit very soon. Thanks guys
