I ordered through drive up, confirmed order. Before I left window, I asked if everything was in the bag, I was missing my chicken sandwich. I called, they asked for me to come back but then I would have missed family dinner. I explained that to the manager and asked for a refund for my sandwich. She was not willing to do that.
really the worst kfc I was also (where,) they are never open when they say they are. There's never someone who ever works the drive-thru. there are no manager in the night, so they will be ordering will never be completed. I sat in the drive thirty minutes (I checked) before someone took my order, how are they serious?
The restaurant is very efficient in preparing orders and getting customers seated quickly. I had a wonderful time with my family. This was the fastest I have ever received food from this place, and it was fresh and cooked perfectly. KFC is stepping up their game. This is a great place to dine.

could not communicate with the person who takes my order. how is a combination with a drink cheaper than the same items without drinking? I don't want her bad soda! I want chicken! Why are you doing this?
The wait at the drive-thru was long, but acceptable since it was lunchtime. I ordered 2 meals and 3 chicken strips, and received exactly what I ordered. The staff was very friendly. Thank you.
Gentlemen in side toook a long time with my card, and I was immediately hacked afterwards. Knew it was done here since it’s a new card and this was the only transaction.
