The worst kfc ever! We came to this kfc tonight as it is located close to home. We ask for a sandwich with bacon previously seen on the site and the muslim boy answered that they don't serve bacon, with a lot of shocked eyes. We ask for a bucket and tell us that we have to wait 30min. So we decide to take three sandwiches soft drinks to take away and they gave us 3 pepsis in our hands, without a bag or support for the glasses. Of the 3 order I had asked for only two with fries and once we got home we realized that they were 3 complete menus. I visited the Resturant KFC at Kilburn high road with my daughter today 20th February at around 8:30 pm and bought 2 boneless banquet and one zinger burger meal. The chicken strips were put loose inside the large box and we asked them in the shop to put it in a paper bag so it doesn’t get cold, they refused rudely and said it’s sold like this. When we went home we discovered there’s no chicken popcorn in any of the two boneless banquet orders and the zinger burger came with cheese while we literally stated NO cheese on ordering. We tried calling the Resturant about 6 times with no luck. The service has really deteriorated over the last few months.
Of course they don't serve bacon it's halal kfc , and Of course kfc website will show all options generally.... and people saying 30 mins for buckets was it on the Tuesdays where 9 for 5.99 and they sell way way more org chicken so they constant cook.... or they prob had mix pieces but person wanted specific pieces , people so entitled these days , it's off not 5* restaurant.... legit places like kfc ,subway,mc d, burger king , your meant get reasonable food for ok prices within ok time. most these places have staff issues as minimum wage and training periods ... people need just learn to grow up.
Absolutely terrible service one person on till, and serving queue going out the door manager and the only 1 person were busy getting deliveroo meals ready. I asked politely what about the customers queuing got a smart answer wait he said. The operator on till was as slow as ever kept pulling up his trousers. FOOD FREEZING IF YOU CANNOT GET THE STALL CLOSE THE BUSINESS, WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE OTHER LOVELY STAFF,

My partner has never had a KFC saw an advert for discount with uber eats. It was unclear if you could choose a few things so I called the local branch as our order went through. Epi (sorry can't spell his full name) couldn't have been more helpful and the delivery arrived in less than 10 minutes on an uber bike. Very impressed.
First time trying this kfc and I’m afraid the last time as well. The food was wet and we literally received 11 small pieces of fries as a ‘regular’ size. It looks like every piece was cooked inconsistently plus the driver forgot the sauce so I had to eat their dry chicken without any sauce yay!
Popped in for a quick meal long queue and all the tables where covered of rubbish even the till counter! Disgusting place where to eat your meal... the Manager is a very dirty disgusting man wich shows a clean is the kitchen!
Abysmal service; very slow in the kitchen (waited ~40 mins for a small order); generally poor attitude to customer service from the staff; food not up to KFC's usual standards — needs some QA

Hygiene at this KFC is severely lacking and I wouldn’t return. Love KFC’s food and would go to another one that’s got basic hygiene
Ordered through Deliveroo. My food was ready and came on time. The food was very tasty, overall excellent service.
