Kfc - Réservation de table

Visited for lunch. Admittedly very busy but tables left with food debris and rubbish on them. No cleaning of tables between customers. Floor littered with rubbish and food. Ladies toilets had a very wet floor by the sinks, possible slip hazard. Staff standing behind the counters talking, didn’t appear to be a lot of work being done. Surely at least tables should be wiped down between customers

On visiting kfc Clacton drive through I asked could I do two swperate orders and the staff member named Jess was extremely rude and said she couldn’t do that when I asked could I speak with a manager she asked me why I wanted to speak with them and became even more rude customer care was not on her list of duties clearly poor service and extremely rude staff

The staff obviously hate their customers. They won't come out from behind the counter to either clean tables or deliver the table service. They'd rather argue even when presented with a receipt showing table service and blame the computer. So keep your ears listening out for your order number or better still don't bother eating here.

This KFC on Brook Retail Park was a great find as staying nearby in caravan. We found staff to be friendly and helpful. The food was ready quick and was tasty and importantly hot. Nice atmosphere in restaurant and ddnt feel rushed. Coffee was also nice and hot. Well done to all. Réservez une table maintenant

Been several times in the last few months. Every time, they have forgotten something on our order. Never provide napkins etc. Tables, bins and floors never cleaned or emptied, despite what seems like a hundred staff members standing behind the counter. AVOID!!!!

This was truely awful, fries were dreadful, chicken Tasteless and dry, the whole meal was cold. Only decent thing was the coleslaw and that’s supposed to be cold. Dreadful meal should be shut down

Very poor food. About 6 chips per portion. Ordered a 14 pce bargain bucket only 2 thighs the rest were wings or legs. Wasn't very hot. Would never go back. Not worth the time or money

Absolutely abysmal service, waited 20 minutes after ordering, staff couldn't have cared less, avoid at all costs , and the order was wrong when it did eventually arrive Réservez une table maintenant

Absolutely ****. Terrible fries. Look at photo. And forgot the drinks. We realised and had to go back. Shame because last year was very good

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve been given what seems like yesterdays dry chicken and chips . NEVER again sorry
