Over the years I have learned a couple of things from this particular KFC: Always to keep my orders short (no more than one or two things) and to always check my bag for everything before I leave just to make sure that I have everything I ordered. As a number of other reviewers have noted, detail orientation has never been a strong point of this KFC, and this point goes back to the 1980s. They have a litany of order mistakes and omissions. Also, use cash. Numerous errors have occurred in the register with credit cards over the years, and I can recall at least a dozen times when I was in back of someone on line arguing about errors in their credit card bill. Def a hit or miss with this one including the type of staff they have, as if only in the evenings they have mature/responsive employees, but in the night time they have impolite high schoolers and the late shift manager doesn?t know how to apologize foran order that they had to remake as I had to drive back over there to get it redone. Honestly whoever hired these clowns has torevalue their professionalism as a business. Thank goodness there?s at-least one good employee that cares and respects thecustomers besides laugh and blaming the error on themselves.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After a rough day at the hospital, I drove through with four family members to look at the menu. The staff member rudely told us to hurry up because we were "on a timer." Seriously? There wasn't anyone behind us! His lack of professionalism was appalling, and I would give KFC a rating of -5 stars if I could. It's especially disappointing coming from someone like me, a member of the Latino community. Unbelievable!
If I can give it 0 stars, I would... they dropped my food out the window (the bag ripped because it was so full) and then I got wraps that were missing the pickles and the sauce was splattered all over the place! It wasn't even wrapped properly!!!! It was a total mess...

This KFC is one of the best! It’s incredibly clean, the food is cooked to the right temperature, and everything is made fresh. I highly recommend it!

I love KFC, but this place Give the food Reheating, like they save it the night before in the fridge. Or people order and they don't pick I up. I think whatever is left the give it to the people like me when I order by the window. I Do not recommended..
Every time I go to place an order, the wait is excessively long. When they finally come to take my order, the manager always asks, "What happened?" instead of "How can I help you?"
I really like the food at this restaurant, but the service, especially from Freddy, leaves much to be desired.
