Kfc - Réservation de table

I have never been to a worse KFC than this one. Seven out of ten times I have gone there for chicken, they have told me it will be a 19-minute wait because they don't have any chicken cooked. I was there just yesterday and, surprise surprise, it's a 19-minute wait for chicken again. The workers are standing out back smoking weed and seem to think that nobody can smell it... news flash, it stinks. It's frustrating that I have to travel out of town to get KFC if I want it. This place is a complete joke!

If you are a teenager, I would not recommend working at this restaurant. Today, the general manager and other management staff fired my 17-year-old son. The reason being that the schedule was not given to him before his shift on Wednesday. The general manager, who is relatively new, did not even have the contact numbers of the team members to check if my son was aware of his shift or if he was okay. I guess that's why he was let go.

I placed a pickup order on a Tuesday and arrived while the drive through and dining hall were both empty. I had to wait 18 minutes to receive it. The staff were cussing about how bad the food smelled as they were preparing it. Another employee sat on a milk crate and vaped next to multiple food prep areas. The staff were irritable, the dining floor was messy and the food was subpar. The fries were stale. Worst KFC I've visited.

It seems everytime we fo there has been an issue with our order. This evening was unfortunately the worst. Went inside for take out, got all the way home to discover, no biscuits, missing a mashed potato no gravy. Drove back to have corrected only toend up with a TBS of gravy, another mac n cheese instead of the missing mashed potatoes. Wow! I'm done. Réservez une table maintenant

The Thursday night staff at this restaurant really knows what they're doing. The drive-thru attendant is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your order is taken accurately. The food was served promptly and was hot and fresh.

I always enjoy getting a famous bowl from this restaurant because it is filled with quality ingredients, not just mostly potatoes. I appreciate the effort put into making it tasty.

This is the second time I have visited this restaurant and both times they have not given me all of my food. It was not a large order, so I am unsure of what the issue could be.
